Who we are. TaxDoctor is the trading name of Tax Doctor Consulting Limited (RC 1630291), which contracts all bookkeeping, accounts and tax engagements. Company registration with the CAC is handled by Kayode Okunola & Co, a CAC accredited representative. Contact: kayode@taxdoctor.ng.

What we collect. Your name, email address and WhatsApp number; your answers to a check and its result; the details of any enquiry; the link you came from; and a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, used only to stop abuse. We never ask for or store government ID numbers, bank account numbers or passwords.

Why. To send you the result you asked for and to contact you about it by email and WhatsApp. The legal basis is your consent under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, given when you submit a form.

Where it is stored. In our database hosted in London, United Kingdom, and in our customer management system (GoHighLevel), hosted in the United States. These transfers outside Nigeria are made with the safeguards the Act requires.

Counting visits. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and where visitors came from. Google receives the page address, your browser and device details and your approximate location, and sets a cookie to recognise a returning visit; this data is held by Google, including in the United States. We do not send Google your name, contact details, answers or result. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

How long. Two years from our last contact with you, then deleted.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing kayode@taxdoctor.ng or replying STOP to any message.
